Hello! I have worked as a Client Services Rep (CSR) at Premier Printing Ltd. since 1996. For ten years prior, I was employed as an electronic prepress technician for T-C4 Graphics.
When away from work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children. Walking to work, playing hockey and cycling keep me active throughout the year, and more often than not you'll find me woodworking in my heated garage shop, on a variety of projects.
My primary goal is that our clients be fully understood, and receive exactly what they intended. Good communication is key.
I have had the pleasure of working with a great team of people at Premier Printing since 1995. With history as a Customer Service Trainer, in a major retail environment in British Columbia, the transition to Premier Printing client services was a good fit. In fact, Premier has treated me so well over the years, that I consider myself a "lifer". After sixteen years I still enjoy coming to work and meeting the day-to-day challenges of this exciting business.
On our time, my partner Sheri and I look forward to spending time with our children and grandbabies. We love a mid winter break to a sunny (and warm!) destination, and in the summer months we find enjoyment camping and gardening – though any outdoor activity in the summer is great – it really is the best time of year when living in Winterpeg.
There is no such thing as a silly question so feel free to ask for help - after all that's why we’re here!
I started my career at Premier Printing at the age of fourteen, working throughout the summer holidays in the bindery department. I then spent seven years in the Press Room taking a turn on all of Premier's press equipment. In 2008 I was invited to join Premier's group of Print Consultants and as of October 2011, my responsibilities shifted to Client Services where I work internally to keep all your jobs running smooth and on time!
I feel that there is something deeply gratifying about working with someone and discovering what their print requirements and ideas are, and then meeting those requirements and bringing their ideas to reality. I am happily married and the father of the most beautiful baby girl - but admittedly I may possibly be biased!
Let’s discuss your print and bindery needs!
Senior Print Consultant
Premier Printing has been my place of employment since 1988. Prior to working in my current role as Senior Print Consultant, I gained experience within the prepress, press and bindery departments. I believe my experience in the various areas of the company help to serve our clients, and I look forward to developing my skills as the industry continues to change.
I am married with three children. While not at my desk, or with my family, I enjoy snowmobile ice oval racing and restoring a 1970 Chevelle SS.
Greetings! I am the newest member of the client services team at Premier Printing Ltd., as I only just started my employment with Premier in early 2011. However, I have worked in the graphic arts and print industry since 1981. Roles throughout my career have been everything from plant manager to sales representative to customer service representative.
I have worked for, and now volunteer at D.A.S.C.H group home, an organization committed to meeting the needs of youths and adults with intellectual disabilities.
My family consists of my wife Wendy and my three (nearly) grown children – a married son, a married daughter, and a seventeen-year-old son who still lives at home. When not busy with work or volunteer activities, I enjoy spending time with them and on the golf course.
I look forward to sharing my experience with you, as we work together to build the best product possible.
I have been a member of the Premier Printing team since 1991. Way back when, I started in the art room and amassed experience in art manipulation, film stripping, and plate burning. I then spent approximately fifteen years in electronic pre-press gaining a solid understanding of all things digital, before moving for two years into the role of Client Services Representative. As of October 2011, I joined Premier's sales staff as a Print Consultant.
Spending time with my wife and four kids and their various activities keeps me busy outside of work.
I'd be happy to answer any questions regarding any of your projects, and if there's something I don't know, you can bet that I'll find out for you!
Senior Print Consultant
I have been working for Premier Printing since 1987. I have spent time in both the prepress and estimating departments, and, since 1995 have found my place in the sales department. I can honestly say that I love my job, and that I enjoy working with the people that I have contact with every day both within and outside of our plant.
I am an avid football fan of both the CFL and NFL. I play volleyball in the winter and baseball and golf in the summer, when time permits. I love to spend time fixing anything mechanical. Call it a quirk, but if it’s broken, I have to find out why!
I look forward to working with you – don’t hesitate to send me an email or give me a call!
My experience in the print industry started way back in 1986. I’m convinced that if I haven't seen it all, I’ve seen most of it! Even though I was originally hired by Premier for my film prep skills, I made a successful transition to the sales department where I have invested over twenty years working closely with our clients and developing new opportunities for the company. Our client services team is committed to helping you find the right solution for all your printing needs. If you ever have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me at your convenience.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love to travel and I take great pride in watching my son pursue his passion for flying. I also enjoy watching hockey and I have worked part-time as a Western Hockey League regional scout since '91.
Hello there! My time with Premier Printing has spanned from 1984 to present. Working first as a folder operator on the production floor, I eventually moved to the position of Bindery Supervisor. I then accepted an opportunity to fill a role in job planning, and two years after that moved into client services. Two years following that transition, I moved in to the position of Print Consultant, and the rest, as they say, is history. I love my position within Premier. I enjoy meeting with our clients both familiar and new, and working to develop solutions for all their print and bindery challenges.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my fantastic wife, my kids, and grandkids. I am very active in my church, enjoy woodworking in my garage, and play golf and hockey in their respective seasons.
Please feel free to contact me with your questions and concerns!
